The two winners of Safaricom’s “King of Facebook” competition John ‘O.J’ Oballa and Stephen Musyoka yummy mummy asia recently came up with a charity named “A Million Reasons For Kenya’s Girls to stay In School.” Together with some of their closest friends, they set out to help the hundreds of school yummy mummy asia girls from less privileged homes who miss classes every time they have a menstrual cycle. They can’t afford sanitary pads. The mission for the Kings of Facebook was to help less privileged girls in Kenya stay in school by providing them with sanitary towels and panties and making sure they don t miss classes.
So last week they visited Baharini Primary School in Mtwapa coast and gave them panties yummy mummy asia and pads. In typical style, they used Facebook to collect the panties and pads from friends. Here is a photo gallery of the event itself:
