These two stars are reaching goals in Hollywood. Teresa had a great chance to star alongside Daniel Radcliffe in the "December Boys" and continued starring in other successful gina sanders films such as "Take Me Home Tonight," "I Am Number Four," and more recently "Warm Bodies" .
Phoebe starred in the Australian film based on the popular novel by John Marsden, "Tomorrow, When the War Began", before winning a major role in the CW series "The Secret Circle", which led him to win a role in the spin-off "The Originals".
The two also founded a health and wellness site, called "Your Zen Life" as a place to share the passion for a healthy lifestyle. gina sanders We made for them a few questions about living a healthy, balanced life.
Tez: I think it's an epidemic in this industry, where the focus and attention go to the physical appearance of someone. There is a group of women in Hollywood who is actively trying to change that. I am part of this group. I acknowledge that I am on a platform and, like me or not, will talk about my physical. Then I read that way ... I do not think much about it! I live my life the way I want. I am healthy and as well, I take care of myself and my body, and I do not like to use special makeup or clothes in my day-to-day. I accept who I am and my preferences, but I accept most is the AUTHENTICITY, and that's why I do not change who I am because of the environment in which I live. I prefer a thousand times represent the "normal" than having to play the role of someone think a celebrity should be.
Phoebe: I try to make smart choices and I am always aware that young girls see things I post on Instagram and Twitter. I try to take a positive, happy and balanced gina sanders life, and hopefully influence others to do the same.
What do you think about how young girls are affected by idealized versions gina sanders of beauty magazines, TV and movies? Phoebe: I think it's a facade. Hours of makeup and photoshop and lights are used to create an image nowadays. The girls should not be looking at these images as some kind of model. It is not reality.
Tez: I think this is awful and I get sad because what I do for a living therefore contributes to this false sense of reality. That is why I am myself; no makeup, hair without washing! I generally use Twitter to tell the girls what they see in movies or magazines is not what I really am, that true self is actually very similar to them. Thus, they need not fight for something gina sanders that does not actually exist, unattainable and unsustainable. I hope to be a model and a REAL cheerleader.
You twist to a positive body image? And why is it so important that we have models that champion the cause of 'love yourself the way you are'? Tez: Yes, I absolutely am. I believe this is my duty, in a way. I acknowledge that I am in a position where I can use my profile to affect gina sanders the world with positive change. With my career, I feel a sense of responsibility, and that responsibility is for young people who look up to me, where I have to show them that there is another way. Self-love, acceptance and compassion are paramount.
Phoebe: I think it's very important to have a positive body image. But on the other hand, I think sometimes this leads to having too much focus on something external. I wanted to talk about body image and not so prevalent in m
