The Fedoua Miski live in Casablanca and eighteen months ago launched a new online magazine for women, Moroccan or not, Qandisha. At 32, with studies in medicine, worked closely with journalism on the occasion of its work on women's rights. Below is an interview with the founder of "Magazwine" (think much of this term) that bothers Morocco, interview to Montpellier from which went to attend the third meeting of 4M media from both sides of the Mediterranean, organized by the CFI (Canal France International) and Montpellier.
Fedoua Miski: To offer something different. There are many online magazines in Morocco, but this is the first women's online magazine, without the usual threefold beauty-fashion-cooking. It is also a collaborative magazine. Our editorial team are our readers. To feel like you belong in the magazine is what most important. Through the issues raised, apparently acquired the designation of activist magazine. Universal values, respect for human rights, civil liberties. In particular, we would like to encourage as many women wish to discuss and comment on the news, whether they be political or social: we want to encourage the female ratio. In the Arab-Muslim raine and horne gladstone countries who live, women rarely speak.
FM: The testimony of a woman in which the meeting of co-owners of the building in which it resides, in Agadir, the banned to receive visits from men in her apartment. I will not allow it to get into any more at home with friends. Support and encouraged to sue, which he did and caused a controversy surrounding the ethics and civil liberties. The Moroccan woman has no rights raine and horne gladstone in public places, nor in the private space. The reactions were varied. Some men and women are urged to respect raine and horne gladstone the laws, others again advised to fold the social rules.
FM: A few online magazines for women in Morocco can boast that they have so many male readers who we have. Why our issues are socially and politically. The men would be more assured if we are dedicated to fashion, beauty and cooking, this will complacent. At the same time, many of our men support and even men through Morocco itself. We must stop believing that a Moroccan man is first class macho, there are many who support the empowerment of women. The statistics show us that most readers are from Casablanca and in second place in Paris ... Our articles raine and horne gladstone reprinted in Courrier International, at Rue 89. We now collaborators from France, Tunisia and Algeria. It would be great if you wrote (in French or Arabic) for us and women of other nationalities.
FM: Have Hakkari website twice as a result of articles related to religion or sexuality. The Hakkari just after the publication of the testimony of a young homosexuals bears living in Morocco. We accept anonymous comments, threats, but we are used to. The opposition camp does not have strong arguments and feels stranded in his beliefs.
FM: It is the name of a demonic existence of local mythology. A woman demonized, why bother. We knew that we demonized and so we got this name of a woman-devil. It is said that this woman diavolize men, charmed them. In fact it must have been a typissa very beautiful and very strong. They wanted to isolate and therefore the demonized.
